対象のof は「気をつけてね」 “take care of yourself” のように、 X of Y の形でYに対するXという意味で、そのまま of が使えます。しかしYを対策するという場合の「の」では、measure against ～ のように of ではなく against を用います。
なおジョン・ルイスはイギリスで人気の小規模デパート店の名で、スーパーよりも質の高い製品を売っています。
イギリスでは、お祝いのプレゼントにバラや香水は人気がある。→目標：～のための
